How we build your home, step by step

From the first conversation to handing you the keys, here's what building with our family looks like.

  1. Talk

    We meet, walk your lot or home, and learn what you want, how you live, and what matters most to you.

  2. Plan

    We work through plans, selections, and a clear estimate together, so there are no surprises.

  3. Site & foundation

    The lot is prepared and the foundation goes in.

  4. Framing

  5. Systems, interiors & finishes

    Mechanical systems, then interiors and the finishes you selected, with the family on site and keeping you updated.

  6. Walkthrough & move in

    A final walkthrough together, and we're still a call or an email away after.
