How it works with Bailes Homes

1. Visit your land together

   We walk the property with you and talk through what you want to build, where the house could sit, and anything about the site that will affect the plan.

2. Plan the home and the site work

   Every lot is different. Rob has years of experience with site work and building codes, and we'll talk through what your land will need before construction starts.

3. Agree on plans, selections, and an estimate

   We work through floor plans, finishes, and a clear estimate together, so you know what you're building before we break ground.

4. Build, with the family on site

   Rob and his sons are on the job, and we keep you updated through every stage, from foundation and framing to finishes.

5. Walkthrough and move in

   We do a final walkthrough with you, and we're still a call or an email away after you move in.

Questions to have answered early

• Where will utilities (power, water, septic or sewer) come from, and what will connecting them involve?
• Which permits and inspections apply to your property?
• What site preparation (clearing, grading, driveway) will the lot need?
• How will you finance the build? Many owners talk with a lender about construction financing early.
